About Real Hatha Yoga

l am an Hatha Yoga teacher and I impart classical hatha yoga. As a graduate of Sadhguru Gurukulaml, whose curriculum was designed by the renowned Master, mystic and visionary Sadhguru, I’ve completed an intensive 21-week (1750+ hours) program at Isha Yoga Center in Tamil Nadu, India. Regular upgrades will be required in perpetuity to maintain the privilege of promulgating that with which I’ve been entrusted.

We are calling it “classical” hatha yoga simply because it hasn’t been changed. At least 15,000 years ago Adiyogi Shiva began to transmit the methods of self-realization to his first disciples, the Saptarishis. If you are looking for the heart of yoga in its original form, look no further. The methods disseminated here are ancient, powerful, transformative and nearly extinct today, especially in the West. In Sadhguru’s own words, “Classical Hatha Yoga is a complete path by itself. If you can give yourself totally to this process, you can make yourself the way you want.”

It is Sadhguru’s vision to offer every individual this ancient science in all its depth and dimension. As a step towards realizing this vision, qualified Isha Hatha Yoga teachers like myself are transmitting hatha yoga in its purest form across the world.
