About Me
l am a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher from Sadhguru Gurukulam
and I teach classical hatha yoga. As a graduate of Isha Foundation’s Hatha Yoga Teacher program, which was designed by the renowned yogi, mystic and visionary Sadhguru, I have undergone an intensive 21-week (1750+ hours) program at Isha Yoga Center in Tamil Nadu, India.
